Where in the model in relationship to the UCS coordinates 0,0,0 does the light source exist? I feel like such a noob!

Is anybody having problems with lights???? I have been working with past projects with AR4 light components, and I think is great that NXT is picking up that information and use when rendering. However, whenever I try to edit the light properties (brightness, color, etc) doesn't seem to take effect...
